Panthers forward Chong Min Lee commits to Prince George (BCHL)

The Port Moody Panthers announced today that forward Chong Min Lee has committed to the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BC Hockey League for the 2017-18 season.
Lee, 17, played 23 games in Port Moody last season, scoring 26 points (nine goals, 17 assists) and 14 penalty minutes. His nine goals was tied for fifth on the Panthers in 2016-17. His 1.1 points-per-game average was third on the team and he was only held pointless in eight games during the season.
The Port Coquitlam resident played eight games with the Spruce Kings as an affiliate player, scoring one goal. He added two assists in six playoff games for PG.
Lee is the first member of the Panthers 2016-17 roster to make the jump directly from Port Moody to a higher level of hockey.
