Bellingham Blazers forward Brady Beliveau signs with the Panthers

The Port Moody Panthers today announced the signing of 2006-born forward Brady Beliveau for the 2024-25 Pacific Junior Hockey League season.

Beliveau, who’s from Port Moody, spent this past season with the Bellingham Blazers in the United States Premier Hockey League’s Premier division. In 19 games, he tallied six goals and five assists for 11 points.

When it comes to joining the Panthers, Beliveau is looking forward to playing close to home. “I started off in H2 playing for Port Moody (Amateur Hockey Association). I’ve been gone for the last two seasons playing junior hockey and I am looking forward to coming back to our hometown crowd,” said Beliveau.

“This is my third year of junior hockey and I’m looking forward to being a role model for our rookies. My main goals are to contribute to the team offensively and defensively,” added Beliveau, who describes himself as a solid, two-way forward.

“I’m a 200-foot player — an all-around player with great hockey IQ. I understand the ins and outs of the game and I am reliable in key situations and positions. Lastly, I’m a good teammate and love to lift my teammates up.”

Beliveau spent the 2022-23 season as a first-year player in Bellingham and finished third in scoring among rookie players on the Blazers with five goals and 10 assists in 41 games.

Beliveau joins defender Adam Lian as two incoming players to sign with the Panthers for the 2024-25 PJHL season.
