Dallapace signs with the BCHL’s Nanaimo Clippers as an affiliate player

The Port Moody Panthers announced today that defenseman Daniel Dallapace has signed with the Nanaimo Clippers of the BC Hockey League as an affiliate player.

Dallapace, a 2002-born defenseman from Burnaby, is the Panthers captain this season and sixth in scoring on the team this season with four goals and 11 assists in 27 games. He is second among Panthers blueliners in scoring and his four power play goals are tied for second-best among all Port Moody players.

His five power play assists are also fourth on the Panthers this season. Dallapace’s 85 games in Port Moody over the last four seasons are 11th-most in franchise history and his 30 points thus far have him 16th all-time among Panthers’ defensemen.

Dallapace joins 2003-born forward Andrew Kim and 2004-born defenseman Ryan Tong as Panthers players signed as affiliates by teams at a higher level.
