Panthers sign forward Callum Whiteway for 2025-26 PJHL season

The Port Moody Panthers have added forward depth to their lineup with the signing of 2007-born Callum Whiteway, the team announced Friday.

Whiteway, a native of Maple Ridge, BC, joins the Panthers after spending the 2024-25 season with the Kerry Park Islanders in the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League. The 5-foot-9, 181-pound forward recorded a goal and three assists in 14 regular-season games. He also got into two games for the Panthers as an affiliate player, tallying one goal and one assist.

Last season, Whiteway attended training camp with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League. He appeared in 39 regular-season games for the Panthers as a 16-year-old in 2023-24, finishing with two goals and two assists.

Whiteway returns to the Panthers when they open training camp later this month at the Port Moody Recreation Complex.
