Meet the new Panthers: Jaxon Leduc

This is the second in the series highlighting new Panthers players signed out of training camp. Up next is defenseman Jaxon Leduc, who has played seven games as a freshman with Port Moody so far this season.

The 2004-born blueliner was signed with the Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association U18 A1 Tier 1 Chiefs in 2020-21 but didn’t get into any regular season games due to COVID-19 shutting things down.

During the 2019-20 season, the product of Coquitlam notched a goal and two assists in 24 games with the Vancouver NE Chiefs U16 AAA of the BC Elite U17 Hockey League.

Leduc and the Panthers’ next action comes at home on Saturday against the Grandview Steelers. It’s a 7:45 pm faceoff at the Port Moody Arena.
